The boys got me in at the closing bell tonight. Their sausage tomato anchovy pizza effort was spot on. One of the better pizzas I’ve had in a really long time. They really nailed it!
There are only so many things in life worth waiting for: 1). True love (I gots mine... Love you, Lisa)...2). Knowing your kids grew up happy, healthy, and safe...3). The minute you step inside their door, you’ll know you pick the right place! The smells alone remind you of an authentic pizzeria. I ordered two small pizzas and some garlic knots and the pizza was incredible. Toppings were generous, cheese was fresh, the crust was obviously hand tossed. By far the best pizza in this area.
I had Maria’s pizza the for the first day I moved to Oregon in 2009 and a couple times since then...today’s fresh mushroom, sausage and onion was an all time great pie. Also the dining room might be coming online!
Excellent service and excellent pizza, however, atmosphere wasn’t great. Lobby was very unorganized and dirty and I think the owners were sitting at a table and it got really busy and they never got up to help so, very unimpressed. Plus they reprimanded an employee in front of customers, not cool. I have a hard time supporting a business that treats their employees like garbage, even if their food is delicious!
Ordered the deluxe pizza (half veggie and half with meat) tonight for carryout and was very happy with it. The crust in particular was just great. Price was very reasonable.
Definitely recommend coming here, but order over the phone. Could only get carry out. But besides that the pizza was great the garlic knots were a little to hard. But otherwise really good!
